The Program
Through our 2-year program, you will be exposed to a wide range of learning and growth opportunities across the key business units in the company. You will be guided and supported by a personal and group mentor to develop essential skills and build a strong foundation within different functions in the company.
You will also have countless opportunities to build your network with C-suite management and professionals across multiple functions and markets globally. Strong performers are given the chance to accelerate up the career path and have the chance to assume leadership roles and even possible overseas opportunities.

Who we are looking for
- Fresh polytechnic and university graduates of any discipline
- Polytechnic or university graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience
